1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Tribal Dog mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Information Sharing

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent that certain information you provide — including but not limited to your profile information, dog names, tribe names, and owner nicknames — may be made available and visible to other users of the App. You should not submit any information through the App that you do not wish to be visible to other users.

3. Data Security

Spotted Dog Software LLC uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Spotted Dog Software LLC cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

In the event of a security breach affecting your information, Spotted Dog Software LLC will notify affected users in a timely manner, consistent with applicable law.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to behave in a professional and courteous manner toward other users at all times. This includes, without limitation, the following prohibitions:

• No threatening, harassing, or abusive language directed at another user.
• No use of vulgar, obscene, or objectionable language when naming dogs, tribes, or owner nicknames within the App.

Spotted Dog Software LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a violation of this Section has occurred.

5. Violations and Enforcement

Violation of the conduct standards described in Section 4 will result in:

• Immediate and permanent removal of the violating user’s account and access to the App; and
• Forfeiture of any and all active subscriptions, with no refund of any fees paid, in whole or in part.

Spotted Dog Software LLC reserves the right to take these actions without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, content, and underlying software, is owned by and copyrighted to Spotted Dog Software LLC. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.

7. Changes to These Terms

Spotted Dog Software LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotted Dog Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
